Had a wonderful bit of Pixie Dust today. I called in to have some direct points I just purchased banked as they are 2022 February use year, and of course past my banking deadline. I also happened to have 12 points languishing in holding from this past September that I was stuck with due to a schedule change on a business trip to Orlando. I had long resigned myself to losing them as there didn't seem to be any point moving them into II. When the CM came back online to let me know the new points have been banked, she also let me know that she had reached out and got an exception to also take the 12 points out of holding and bank them as well, which I hadn't even asked her to try and do. What a pleasant surprise!
Oh, and because my guide is off Sunday and Monday, and under the new licensing rules can't sell me points (California resident, and he's not licensed here), they also honored the old pricing even though I just purchased the points last night (I had reached out to him on Saturday, west coast time).
Lastly, on hold for a CM only 5 minutes.
