Is anyone going to try and do the MK at like 2AM? Would that be sooo wierd? My sister and I are planning to leave the kids sleeping with grandma and go to MK around 1:00AM just to say we did. (Take a picture of ourselves there and go back to bed. LOL) Has anyone ever been there in the middle of the night? What was it like?

We will be at MK at 7:00am on the 22nd. Early is not a problem for us. Its the late night that is a problem. DD is not a night owl at all. Just 2 more days and we start our drive!!!! I cant believe it finally here

This is my families first trip to Disney, and we made the reservations last week. Work bonus... So I'm a nervous wreck and SO excited at the same time. We will be there from the 23 to the 30. We can't get any PS; everything is booked! Any suggestions? My last trip was a magical one when I was 7!

I hope that everyone in the parks has the great attitudes of the people on these boards. Who cares about standing in a line if the sun is shining and there's no snow on the ground (can you tell I'm dying to escape this New England winter ?)
My teens cannot wait for 2am in MK. They are ready for that to be the highlight of the trip. We are planning early mornings the rest of the week - but then we'll do a late night so they can have their thrill. Will any of the rest of you be there?
I'll be looking for all of your smiling faces in the parks - Enjoy your time in the sun and fun!

We're planning on doing the late night EMH at MK on Wed 3/30. We're going to nap that afternnon and sleep in the next morning. As I'm falling asleep over my book at 10 pm last night (as I do every night) I'm thinking we be crazy to think we can do this (both dh and ds and morning people, too), but we're sure going to try!

I hope that by the end of the week it will be more excitement and less nervousness. We are going for our first family trip this weekend. My suggestion is that you run to your nearest bookstore and get yourself a copy of the latest edition of the Unofficial Guide to Walt Disney World. The authors of that book also have a site, www.touringplans.com, which will give you a good idea of what the traffic patterns in the parks will be.

On the PSs, I would keep trying even during the day that you want it for. There's only a few PSs that people need to guarantee with a credit card and I bet that lots of people made PSs without even knowing whether they'd be able to make it. So, I wouldn't be surprised if there are lots of last minute cancellations.

Impressive! What time will you be leaving your hotel? We'll probably make it there just before 8.

We will do at least one EMH...and it opens at 7 so i'm planning on looking for the bus at the Boardwalk about 6am....usually it is 1 hour to 1hr 15mins earlier then opening

I plan on trying to be in MK at 2 in the morning. It will only be hubby and I so I might have a chance. I'll have to nap in the afternoon.

I am not going to let anything ruin my upcoming trip. I do not care if I wait in line, or someone pushes me or says something not nice or just plain is not happy around me.I promised myself this a while ago.! Honestly I was talking to a friend today about that feeling when you first walk into MK and see the castle for the first time. Each time it is like the first time!! I willl keep that feeeling in me. ( I hope!)

I was nervous but not anymore. I also decided to just play it cool and take everything in stride. We have a PS for CM at 12:30 Easter Sunday, and I am hoping we will be able to get into MK afterwards. No matter what happens I plan on smiling and having FUN FUN FUN!!! My finger will be sore from pushing the button on my camera along with my feet cause I plan on taking loads of pictures!!
