Okay, so I posted about how my DH wanted to do a buffet character breakfast and maybe not Narcoossee's... 
Thread explained dilemma and w/ quite a few responders I got help to solutions that may solve my dilemma...
I am here to report... (drumroll please)
I called today from work and got 2 tables at Donald's Safari Breakfast for the 7 of us at 8:20 AM
(so cool) ... and then I decided we would still try for Narcoossee's >>>
At first the CM said "Aww, I don't have an opening for your size party for anytime.. " (I didn't expect but it was worth a try) "Oh wait, here is one at 7:20! Oh wait, also 7:30.. and 8 PM! Oh wow, look at that reservations opened up as we are on the phone...!" I was jumping in my seat! (Good thing I have my own office- LOL)
I am so psyched! We have all of our ressie's down for April! I can't believe we got in with such a short amount of time before we go!

Donald's Safari Breakfast 8:20 AM Tuesday April 14
Narcoossee's 8 PM Tuesday April 14
Teppan Edo 8:30 PM Wednesday April 15
On April 12 our arrival day we will be having our T-Rex experience as a late lunch
Throughout the rest of the days we will have a couple CS meals and then on Thursday we will have a CS meal and get whatever snacks may be left (probably none) before we end up hitting the road back home... not sure what time we will actually leave yet-
Thanks to all who helped with my dilemma of how I was going to keep Narcoossee's and get in a character breakfast buffet along w/ other ADR's already made.
In July we will try Ohana's and a few of the others mentioned in the original thread... (Cape May, Boma, CP, etc) thx again
Edited to add: Thx to all from the DDP board that helped w/ suggestions- apparently my post was moved to regular restaurant board and I am editing since I am not sure now if any of those who helped me saw my gratitude and report of how things went which I said I would post to let them know how it helped...
