Pixar Play Parade

Roughly how long does it take the Pixar Play Parade take to get from start (which from my understanding is near ToT) to outside Little Mermaid ride and is this a good spot to watch from.

I watched it last Saturday, and it took about a half hour to get there. I staked out a spot probably 5 minutes before the parade and got a decent spot. You might want to eyeball it to gauge viewing areas.

How long has this parade been there for? I wonder when we'll get a new DCA parade...
