If I am staying at Holiday Inn & Suites Anaheim (1 Blk/Disneyland®) is there a way to get on the tram from the Pixar Pals parking garage?

Not easily. You have to back track to get into the structure plaza. At that point it’s easier to just walk in through DTD.

At Disneyland Dr & Magic Way there is a staircase to a bridge (over Magic Way) that leads to escalators that will take you to the parking garage security and then to the tram loading area.

As has been mentioned, at that point it’s probably best to continue on to the DTD security entrance and through DTD or hop on the monorail if you are going to DL.
