Is it possible to be sure you don't end up in one of the gondolas that move? Are there two lines? Or do you ask? Or are you stuck with luck of the draw?

Yes there are two lines and I can not say this enough, do not ride the swinging carts if you are not certain you have a strong stomach. I do have mild motion sickness, but I am usually okay at Disneyland. The swinging cars nearly killed me. I was sick for hours.

Totally agree. I do not typically experience motion sickness; I am cool with spinning rides, dropping rides, roller coaster rides, and upside-down rides, and I will never, ever ride the swinging gondolas on the Pixar Pal-a-Round.

I get motion sick-sometimes I even get car sick when I’m the driver-and the swinging gondolas, while delightfully terrifying, don’t make me queasy at all. So ymmv.
