Pixar employees blog/Finally planning another trip! (Nov. 2008, lol!)

I'm back and finally able to plan! Wahoo! I haven't been able to get on here since our last trip without wanting to cry. I knew we would plan another trip, but I have this panicked feeling that when we go back, it will all be gone, or at least not the same. But we are officially planning now, which makes me feel better.

On a side note, has anyone seen the RE-Imagineering blog created by Pixar employees with their ideas for the parks? DH found it and I thought it was really interesting. I hope I'm not repeating anything. I've been off of the boards for the whole Pixar deal thing, so I missed any of that discussion. From what I hear, part of the package for Pixar was creative control of most Disney operations. Can anyone verify or dispell that info?

I'm pretty sure it is. The creative line of thinking is definitely in keeping with the Pixar mindset. It also includes some former Imagineers. You can always ask them. If it wasn't legit, I'm sure the Pixar people would have it shut down.
