Oh yeah, to paint all the individual cels they'll still use computers ofcourse, and they'll probably use computers for a lot of other things where needed. As I said, the main reason they might do the change is just to revitalize hand drawn animation, althought they've always done CG movies they say that to be a good CG animator you need traditional skills. So for one thing without any traditional animated movies being made, they're artists at Pixar in the future might lose their skill and they might not have any animators to take into their department from other places. Also hand drawn animation isn't nescesarrily any more expensive, and companies such as Pixar don't worry as much about money as they do the creative product. Pixar might be trying to become more of an animation company instead of just a CGI animation company, by doing this they'll be able to make new kinds of films. Another thing is now that so many companies are doing CG movies, by doing hand drawn films they'll be able to have that originaility and identity in the business that they first had when they released Toy Story.
