Pirates Tutorial in Pictures

Loved the new show, my 12yo DD would have watched it all day but we had other plans. It wasn't on the Times Guide but ask the CM's at the ride for show times, they did say it is sometimes sporadic since Jack isn't the most reliable person If you have younger children and they have their pirate gear on try to be in the front of the crowd and they'll most likely be recruited as crew members.

The Captain Jack we saw had the movements & voice of the character down. Really good.

I don't know how long it will be there but it seems to be pretty popular. Doesn't seem to be an official show since it wasn't in the guide but that maybe because they don't have that many CM's ready to play Jack. It may not happen every day.

Wow, my 7 yr. old son is a big pirates fan. I'm sure he would greatly enjoy this. We will be on the lookout for this on our trip this week

A friend of mine just came back from WDW and said that the Capt. Jack looked, acted and even sounded just like Johnny Depp! Amazing! I hope to be able to catch the show on our trip!

The show is really cute. They don't do autographs/pictures- just the show. BTW, the pictures are great! And it is near the POTC stroller parking.

This show looks is SO-O-O awesome! My grandsons would go crazy at seeing Captain Jack in the flesh! They are so obsessed with POC. We're taking them in May of '07. I hope they keep the show in production. I'll have to check back with you all before we leave. I don't dare mention it to them now, because if it's discontinued they will be SO disappointed.

Thanks for posting those pictures! He looks like he has Capt. Jack movements down to a T!

Buy the way, does Capt. Jack have his own security for 30 year old women who may jump out of the crowd to attack a dirty pirate? I just love a dirty pirate! I really think my dd's will be worried about me coming anywhere near "capt. Jack"!

WOW! What a great Captain Jack! The movements are perfect! I had to do a double take...was that Johnny!!?? I can't wait to go see Captain Jack! We were at MK just 3 weeks before the ride debut...so upsetting!!

Put THAT guy in a character breakfast or dinner and watch THOSE be packed with all the moms! MOMS will want their own autograph books! Call me weird but I'd MUCH rather see Capt'n Jack in the morning at breakfast than Bert from Marry Poppins or that Mad Hatter guy!
