Pirates soft opening?

We are here at WDW but not planning to be at MK until July 5 or 6. We were there on June 30 and no soft opening, but the Pirate Tutorial live show was great! We leave for home late afternoon of the 6th.
If we go back to MK primarily to ride Pirates before heading for home, does "soft opening" mean it will likely be open on the 5th or 6th?

The only problem with soft openings is that you never know when it will be open and this ride has been so widely publicized I just dont know if they will do a soft opening. Now in the past all the new and refurbed rides had soft openings but they were always suprises that ppl who happened to be walking past just caught..

Pirates has been doing soft openings all weekend. Saturday they opened at 9:45, not sure what time it opened today.
