Pirates Refurb in Fall?

I read a rumor that Pirates will be shutdown for an extended period of time starting in October for a refurb (heard it was like until January)....
Anyone else hear this out there? Can't find anything even remotely close to confirming it.

There is no news on it yet but if it is true we will hear something soon.
