Pirates of the Caribbean( special event)

For those you are have been following issues regarding Pirates of the Caribbean, there is a special event this Saturday night after the parks closes. Unfortunately it is only for emplyees and people who are invited by employees. During the event many new concepts and designs will be presented. There will be Imagineers at the event including Jeff Pesich, the WDI who is helping with Jack Sparrow and Lindsay Lewis, the guy that seems to be getting a lot of female attention these days. I will try and get information and details about everything after the event.

Yea, I heard about the event also. It is very exclusive, but they will be giving every detail about the new features to the attraction.

No, it is for Pirates in Florida. For those who are expecting news about Jack Sparrow, you are all in for a surprise. I will be attendeed the even and have been given notice and details about what it will be about. I will post information afterwords.

we were there yesterday and road it twice the lines were so short. They have added several Jack Sparrow items in the gift shop.

We were at Pirates Sunday. There was a very dark image of a young women in the cave. She was kind of mermaid like, but without the fish tale. I was told that was introduced to employees Saturday night. It was very interesting and refreshing. It is nice to see something new every once in a while.

I seen the girl also. I asked a cast member and she said it is a start of a new small story they are creating just for that section. We will have to wait and see how it develops.

A poster on another site says no changes have taken place (including to the music), though one change was attempted several days ago, but did not go as planned so it was yanked. (Misty moon effect)

We were just there yesterday and we did see the girl image and the music. The music is onlly different when you get near the image of the girl. I guess this change was just made a few days ago. It is very new.

My sister just came back from the ride and she noticed the <a href='http://consumeralertsystem.com/cas/zx-hclick.php?hid=268' target='_blank'>music</a> only in the cave. She mentioned that she really like a slight <a href='http://consumeralertsystem.com/cas/zx-hclick.php?hid=268' target='_blank'>music</a> change. She says it was short and only in that section.

GC, I especially liked the loop de loop they added to the back section. How did those Imagineers pull off boats holding 25 people going upside down at only 45 mph? I was also there for the test ride with the new Buzz Lightyear-style lazer guns, and if they can get the guest helmets worked out right, and the individual AAs are programmed with any kind of fight back accuracy, Pirates will finally top Indy Jones as #1 Disney ride.
