Pirates of the Caribbean Ride

Just a quick question about the POTC ride. I know it is a water ride and there are 2 drops, but do you actually get wet on this ride like on a log flume or are they just rollercoaster type drops. My DD hates getting wet on rides so need to check!!

no you do not get wet. I liked DLP Pirates much better than WDW's. It is a pretty tame ride.

There can be a tiny bit of splash, but nothing significant. Try not to sit in the back of an otherwise empty boat - this is where we've found we get most damp!

I think you get wetter on that tram ride thing....whats that called again...could google it but I'm lazy! The one with the truck on fire....

Yeah you dont get wet on POTC- although me, DM and DG all thought we were about to. Our faces on the photo is so funny! Wasnt expecting it and we were sitting at the front but everyone else was nice and calm and knew lol. It's a brilliant ride though!
