Pirates of the Caribbean-Oh my!

We saw the movie last night and I loved it. I don't know what there is about Johnny Depp in pirate boots and dreads but he is sweet! Heck, I'll take him in just those boots!

Usually, don't care for him in other films...whatta charactar.

Please don't flame me but I not a big Johnny Depp fan. But I LOVE him as Jack Sparrow.And Orlando Bloom what can I say EYE CANDY.

I know what you mean and yet if you saw some guy dirty, with black eye make up and his mannerisims on the subway or walking down the street wouldn't you run in opposite direction? LOL

I totally agree. Once I lent my cousin who has no romance in her soul a pirate historical romance. Of course when I read the book the pirate in my mind was gorgeous. I asked her how she liked the book and she said well she did not see it as a romance ...I could not understand it and she said, well what is so romantic about a pirate with a pock marked face and green teeth THAT was how she pictured the hero in a ROMANCE NOVEL!!

Speaking of teeth I must say the rest of the pirates had disgusting teeth and yet Jack who had been marooned on an island etc has pearly whitesLOL. I know, I know but it just occured to me.
