My daughter wants to do this when we visit MK. Can I make reservations once I can reserve FP or earlier? Also she might prefer getting her face painted as a pirate rather than a mermaid. Do they allow this? Thanks!

You can reserve at 180 days , but I've been able to get appointments closer to our travel dates, My daughters both chose pirate instead of mermaid and had a fabulous experience

My daughter had her face painted and it looked fab but be warned it was a real pain to remove. I'd make sure you had soft wipes to help. She said she'd never do it again but I reckon if it came to it she would

My daughter got the mermaid and loved it . Jack sparrow came out and talked to her for a few minutes when she was getting it done

I don’t know about reservations as we did it same day. But my DD (9) first wanted to do a pirate and then went with the new Pirate Redd. They are fine with whatever the kids want- mermaid, pirate, whatever they have.
