Pirate's League and Captain Jake

Anyone have a picture of the Captain Jake package at Pirate's League.

I remember seeing one posted a couple of months ago, but I can't find it in searches.

Also, have the 5 pirate look options changed recently? I haven't seen a post of the options in quite awhile.
