Pirates Event Auction?

Has anybody else noticed that Disney moved up the opening date of the Pirates of the Caribbean movie to 8 pm on May 24, 2007?
Do you think event services will modify the event schedule, so that we can go to the movie earlier? I would prefer going to a 3 hour movie at 8 or 9 in the evening, rather than midnight!
It's probably too late to change the dinner and auction times. I guess we just won't be one of the first ones to see the new movie?

I did read that on another Board. I agree, it's most likely too late to change our itineraries.

When the 2nd movie was released last year, I saw it twice. Once was at the Pirate Event in NYC, and then again later at a regular showing in a movie theater. There is something to be said about seeing the movie in a theater full of Pirates Fans. It was a great experience and I am looking forward to doing it again.

We'll just have to sleep in the next day right???

Was anyone else annoyed that were aren't going to be some of the 1st ones to see the movie I know it may be stupid, but it kind of ticked me off at first.
