i'm hoping to book this for 4yo ds on our november trip and have a few questions...

-does it sail every day, or only on certain days; varying by season?

-how many times each day, or do we have a choice?

-how long are they out?

-how do i book, and when?

tia!

The pirate adventure is only offered on Mondays and Thursdays, and only once per day. There is a maximum of 10 children allowed on this and it fills up fast.

They are supposed to meet up at 9:15 I believe and it lasts until noon. They do feed the kids Peanut Butter & Jelly sandwiches, gummy bears, rice krispie treat, and fruit punch box drink.

The youngest allowed is 4 and they have to be potty trained. The oldest allowed is 10, and it's my understanding that a 10 year old would feel a bit out of place as it is usually full of 4-7 year olds.

Hope this helps.

This is the info posted on Deb Wills site:

Pirate Cruise - Children wear pirate bandannas and follow clues to search Bay Lake and the Seven Seas Lagoon for buried treasure. They sail to many exotic "ports of call" (Resort Marinas) to collect treasure. At the final port of call, children have a snack and split up the "buried treasure." Children who are potty trained (no pull-ups) and ages 4-10 may attend. Lunch is provided (Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich, Gummy bears, Krispy Treat and Juice box).

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 9:30 - 11:30 a.m.
Available to all guests, Cost is $28.17 plus tax.
Reservations 120 days in advance 407-WDW-DINE

I hope this helps. Our DD went last year and she going this year as well. She still talks about all the fun she had:D

When my DD went last yr she had to be at the dock by 9:45 am and we had to be there by noon to pick her up.

She had a blast and wants to do it again this next trip.

I have my ds' booked for October 27th and they need to be there at 9:15AM, I am told this is when it sails and that you should call before 9:00AM to see if it's been cancelled (I assume due to weather).

I have no idea when it returns, I am sure they'll tell me when I get there, lol

I was told it sails until 11:30. I'll post in detail when I get back on Sept. 3rd.

my boys loved this "event". I am going to have them go again with ds 10 and ds 6. i am sure the 10 year old is going to be mortified by the end of the upcoming trip but he will enjoy it under the surface.... i hope...
