I just bought tickets to the party on 1/29 as a surprise christmas gift for my DH and DS. And to my surprise also got ADR for Cinderella's royal table for dinner. I thought that it was almost impossible to get adrs for there if you didn't call 180 days in advance? Anyways had to share my excitement. I hope my 3 year old will enjoy it.

OMG!!!! I did the SAME thing!!!

We are going to be at WDW from 1/25-2/1 and I saw that we could do P&PP on the 26th or 29th. My DD4 has a BBB appt on the 29th at 3:30pm and we had an ADR at Akershus for 6:30pm. Yesterday, just for giggles, I called to see if there was any way I could get a dinner seating at CRT between the BBB and the P&PP....

I was FLOORED when the cast member said, "Will 5:15 be OK?" I jumped on it immediately! Now, DD4 gets to do BBB (she already has her Cinderella costume) and then she gets to go and MEET Cinderella, eat dinner with the Fairy Godmother AND get 5 hours in the parks with the rest of the Princesses!!!

I really don't know who is more excited, me or her. Now, I just have to figure out how I am going to get DD2 into her Snow White costume while DD4 is at the BBB....

If you want to meet us, we'll be one excited mom, one frazzled dad, an overly made up Cinderella and the cutest little Snow White you've ever seen...

I have some questions about the P&PP. So exactly what is it?

I've read some info on it, and from what I understand, the park pretty much closes down, except for those who buy the tickets. The rides are still open and the kids (basically) go on a treasure hunt while seeing a ton of characters. Does this sound about right? If not, PLEASE correct me!

I've been thinking about this and I bet it is due to the 45 day fast approaching and many people having made reservations and are now canceling them.

You are correct from what I understand. It's a time for you to see all of your favorite princess and the only place to take pictures with Jack. It sounds like it is worth the extra money. Who doesn't love a good treasure hunt. Enjoy! We plan on doing it when we go.
