pirate & Princess Party in August

We don't intend going to the Pirate & Princess Party . I daren't spend any more money on tickets!!!!!!!!!

But when are they held In August? I'm asking because I presume they will affect numbers at Magic Kingdom?

We will be there between 12 & 26 August.

Dates are here. I would not say it would affect the crowds really because you are not allowed in until after 4pm with a P&P ticket.
It just means you will have to come out earlier than usual, see link below when there is a party on the park closes at 7pm for day tickets instead of the normal 10pm or 11pm.
I am not sure but maybe crowds may be lighter as you are not getting full value from a day ticket.

I really don't think you have anything to worry about with extra crowds in the park.

I don't think it will be any busier than usual, in fact maybe less so. I know I would pick another day to go to MK if I could only stay till 7. What's the point in going that day, when you could go the following day and do 9-9 or whatever!

And the majority of those going to the party won't turn up until 4pm onwards. We all need a nice long lie-in/rest so we can party til 2am! I know we're not doing anything (apart from BBB) the morning of our PPP.

I would actually agree with that, I'd do the same.

I can't wait! We plan to have a lie-in in the morning, chill out at the hotel/watch some tv for a while, then make our way over to Downtown Disney. Wonder around a little, do some shopping, go to our BBB appointments, then back to the hotel to change (i think), then off to Magic Kingdom. It will be virutally the only day of the holiday where we get to sit around a do nothing for a few hours!
