I jump at Princess Erin, yelling as LOUD as the child can yell the Carrousel! This is always a favorite of everyone in my family! We all ride!! Each person gets their favorite horse and rides like little the little children we are! We had planned on leaving the MK by noon and we didnt have much time so we made a potty break and grabbed some Mickey Bars to eat! Mickey Bars are the all time favorite snack of our family and the Pirate is quite addicted to them!
The only thing we planned on doing before we left was using our Fast Passes for Winnie the Pooh. Cell Phone Charlie, was very quiet! Not his usual mood and he blamed it on the fact that it was hot in the room where he slept the night before and that he didnt sleep too well! I asked him if everything was ok with his GF. He said, yeah, all is great. There is something wrong with this kid!! I tried to feel his forehead and he dodged my hand, not wanting me to fuss over him. Something is UP with that kid and I KNOW IT! He didnt even eat a Mickey Bar!!
As we are sitting there, we notice that a family of 4 is taking up 7 stools under the shade and look over to see an older couple standing in the full sun leaning on the wall, obviously waiting for a place to sit and eat! We hurry, clean up and vacate the area. Sometimes I really wish people would take notice of things around them and show a little magic and kindness to others!! If we teach nothing else to our kids, I want them to learn compassion and kindness to others!
I also get a chance to see the expression of a child in a stroller that was watching Dumbo! It is the same thing Pirate gets in his when he sees PoC. It is simply amazing how WDW can bring out the innocence in our hearts! Both adults and children!!
We fight the crowds and head to Winnie the Pooh to finish up. I think I need to share another pet peeve of mine! People PLEASE, learn to not STOP in the middle of the walkway and just chat or stare when you have people walking behind you. Be kind and step to the side and let the traffic flow! This particular trip has been the worst fighting this problem! I have NO IDEA why! Ok, I will stop venting!
Unfortunately Pooh was not working when we got there! I sighed and began to chant Disney spirit..Disney spirit dont be in a hurry to enjoy the little things..,SMILES EVERYONE!!!) They told us we could come back later! After I explained that we had planned on leaving after the ride, the sweet CM, changed our passes for Snow White passes and told us to have a great day! We hopped aboard on Grumpys car and loved the ride! I sat by Cell Phone Charlie and hugged on him realizing he had fever and MADE him tell me that his head and stomach were hurting!!
This darn kid wouldnt tell me a thing about him being sick, if it took us away from the park!! We took him back to the condo, medicated him and got him resting comfortably in front of the TV. When we realized that he was mildly sick and that he mainly needed some rest (he had been sick the week before this trip and we think he didnt fully recuperated) we left him with his cell plugged into the socket and took the twins and Princess Erin to get some fish and chips in Epcot! He felt better knowing we werent staying at home waiting for him to get better and we all wanted to be at Epcot!
There are 2 things, ok 3 things in Epcot we love! The Margaritas in Mexico, Fish N Chips in the United Kingdom and Off Kilter in Canada! WAIT, 4 things, Pirate loves beer in any of the countries! We were able to put all of those things together for a great afternoon in Epcot!

After Off Kilter was over, we were getting their autographs on shirts. I hear someone whisper in my ear and it scares me half to death!!!! I spin around to see friends from Texas (where we used to live) that we hadnt seen in 3 years! They had heard a familiar laugh and wanted to check it out! It was great to see and visit with them, but there is SOMETHING seriously wrong when people can tell who I am by my laugh!! I just dont understand it!! It cant be that wild .can it???
The twins bolt off to Pin Trade again! Be afraid. Be VERY afraid! The Pirate snags a half-yard Harp (beer) from the UK and winks at me! When he winks at me, he seriously looks like he is up to something and with this man, you NEVER know! In almost 14 years of marriage he STILL manages to surprise me!!
