Pirate Party

I know there is something called a Pirate Party but I don't know which park it's at or if it's at a resort. I've searched the WDW website but can't seem to come up with any info. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?

There is a Pirate party on Halloween for DVC members at the Contemporary Resort.
