Pirate Party confusion - Disney Magic/Wonder vs. Disney Dream

Going to sail on the Dream in February. My past Disney cruises have been on the Magic and Wonder, so I started looking into the pirate night schedule on recent navigators and it seems that the pirate party is different in that there is a deck party at 7:45pm with no fireworks and then a separate second party at 10:30pm called Buccaneer Blast with the fireworks. Is this correct? We loved the party on the Magic and Wonder, with Mickey ziplining in and the fireworks starting at the end.

Is there no Mickey ziplining or fireworks during the early 7:45pm party on the Dream??? It will be so hard to keep the kids up if that's the case, and they will most likely miss out on the fireworks.

There is no room for a zip-lining Mickey on the Dream class ships. Fireworks are at the late show .

Just got off Dream last week. The deck party with characters was at 7:45. There were some action scenes but no zip lining Mickey. The fireworks went off at 10:30 followed by pirates buffet.

On our first cruise when kids were young, we watched from the room, because it was too late.

Thank you for this info! Good to know the experience will be so different. Fingers crossed at least some of us can stay up until the fireworks!

Been on the Fantasy multiple times. Buccaneer Blast is much more of a stage show, which is where a bunch of pirates hunt for Jack Sparrow, but it could be different. The 7:45 show is characters, and the 10:30 is face pirates and fireworks. Have a great trip!

They changed it and Jack Sparrow is no more. Now it's a sing along type show but there are still fireworks.
