Pirate of Caribbean Talking Skull?

I've seen various versions of the Talking Skull with Cross Bones for Pirates of the Caribbean. Was there any quality piece every released by Disney themselves (or licensed by Disney) or all these all knock-offs? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

disney did release one during the 50th anniversary of Disneyland however I don't believe it talks - I just saw it the other day when I was looking through some of my disney catalogs

Yes I have that one. I've seen one on Ebay before (a couple different ones) where the skull opens and closes it's mouth and talks like the real one at the ride.
