Pirate Mickey Head??

I'm looking for a pirate mickey head (black micky head, red bandana, eye patch, maybe earring), but not having much luck. I've searched on this forum and scoured shared files, but haven't found quite what I'm looking for. I feel like it's a fairly simple disign (says the non-designer...), so I thought it would have already been done. I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction.
