Pirate League locations?

We're thinking about doing the Pirates & Pals Fireworks Cruise, and we might be bringing my nephew. We thought he would love to get a pirate makeover first. However, we didn't want to do a park day the same day as the cruise. I know there's a BBB in DTD, but I didn't notice the last time we were there them doing pirates for boys. Am I correct that the only way to get the pirate makeover is to use a ticket to go into MK that day? TIA!

The only place that does Pirate makeovers is Pirate's League in MK. It's totally separate from BBB. It's aside POC ride

For what it's worth, PL make overs are offered to all ages, adults included. Just in case you are interested too
