do i have to call member services to buy p&p tickets with my dvc dicount or can i just call disney to buy them i tryed ms all week but by the time i get home theres a 20 minute wait

We're going to the P & P party twice & when I called for my first tickets (the 404-WDISNEY), I was told that there were no DVC discounts. When we decided to purchase tickets for the second night, I called member services & did in fact, get a DVC discount.
