Hey guys.

My dad has a post like this on the board that he always goes on, but I wanted to get some opinions from my fellow TBers :) Haha.

My brother and I are 14 and 11.
Now, the week we're going to Disney the P&P party will be going on. And my parents were considering taking us.

Besides the special parade and fireworks, and the rides being open, is it worth the money for us to go? Like with my brother and I have fun too? And what other things go on?

Thanks so much!

it was fun, and you deffinitley have to see the fireworks. any cm will tell you that they are the highlight of the night. they also have an "x marks the spot" treasure map where you collect chocolate coins, candies, and beads as your "loot" for the evening. they give you a little velvet bag to put everything in, so its a little cute take home "gift" as well.

hmm..they have the pirate tutorial and the princess...court..thing. lol, lots of cute stuff and they have great music playing on main street when you walk in for it. uhm, it isnt quite not-so-scary if youve been to one, but its something to say "yep, i did that." i would deffinitley reccomend coming in either some pirate garb or a princess something. you'll regret it if you dont, because its much funner all dressed up with somewhere to go. plus, it makes for great pictures alongside captain jack or cindy. :]

Oh yeah you work in the park! I love fireworks so yay, haha. Awe how cute! A little gift :)
Yeah, I was gonna dress up and so was he. We knew it would make it more fun lol.

But would me and my brother be out of place being so....old? Haha.

i went in august, and it was a blast. just the rides alone were enough to make me fall in love with it. my mom, sister, and i got to ride splash mountain 3/4 (i dont remember now) times in a row--the people didnt even make us get off!

the decorations are cute, too, and free candy never hurt any one...i dont really think age has much to do with it. there were teenagers walking around all over the place, some with costumes

heck no, honey. im 19. and i still dress up for halloween and pirate princess.

I loved it. The fireworks and parade where amazing. It's worth it just for those! They also gave out candy and necklaces, there was music playing, the decorations where cool as well. The rides being open where a plus too, we got to ride everything with almost NO WAIT at all. We had a really good time. I reccomend it. My brother and I are 17 (me...18 in september!) and 14 (him).

Oh sounds cool :)
I know Disney is where you can be a kid again, but I had to make sure this specific event was for everyone haha.

I'm 13 and one of my brothers is ten and we loved it! The lines to almost all the rides are short and the fireworks amd parade are awsome!!!! You'll love it.
