Pirate and Princess in August

I just read on ***************** that Disney has released information on the Disney site that they will be having the parties again in August . Our next trip is planned for the end of Sept. but I would love to go to this! Doubt it will run over to September what with the Halloween party but any August people out there, if it's true and it should be, would you plan on going?

We'll be there in August. We'll go if the tickets aren't too expensive and if we can get any. I'm not sure how fast it sells out or even where to get the tickets from Never been to any of the parties before.

The tickets are not on sale yet, try next month, we went last week and it was fantastic, we thought that it was better than the MMCP.
The tickets where $36.95 & $29.95 in advance, sorry can't remember what they where on the day.
We will be going again too.

The WDW web site is advertising the party, but have no dates yet.
I did call them this morning and they said that they would be released next month.
You can order your tickets on line or by calling WDW direct.

Anyone Done this? Is it as good as MNSSHP?
We are 2 adults and a very old 12 year old, but we all love MNSSHP. Is this more for younger kids or for all ages?

We have done P&P MNSHP & MVMCP, and of the three this was our favorate. The princes where out with the princess for photos and autographs, you have a new parade and fireworks show, which are fantastic, and the chocolates are far better than the ones for MNSHP.
We are keeping the beads to decorate our Christmas tree.

DS and I are keeping our fingers crossed for a P&P Party in August. I really wanted to do MNSSHP, but didnt want to take DS out of school this year.

We are there for 5 of them 2nd-27th Aug, so hopefully get to one of them.

Apparently Intercot says the same and ADR CM's do too so hopefully it will be official very soon We're probably going on the 15th as a few are Fridays and Saturdays and I would guess they would get busier, also from reading another thread a CM said the tickets could go on sale earlier than 1/06 so keep an eye out.

We liked these so much we went twice in January! May be worth looking out for AP or DVC discounts too as they had those on some dates in Jan/Feb. If you can go then do!
