So, I am planning a Pirate and Princess Carnival for DD's 4th birthday, here are my ideas so far and I would love feed back.

Background:
We have a budget, but it is generous, we like to provide DD with nice parties, but we are not over the top. I am hoping for $100 to $150 on the party at the most.
There are kids ranging in the following ages:

Boys are 2, 3, 7, and 8 years old.

Girls are 3, 4, 5, and 5 years old.

And then Faith who will be 4.

Plan:

We have Eye Patches and Swords for the boys and Tiaras and Wands for the girls and we are welcoming all to wear costumes of they want.

To "give" the swords/tiaras we were going to do a fish pond (remember those??)

Then we were going to do a scavenger hunt (lead by the two older boys) with tasks for everyone (EX: Princess Faith you will find the next clue .....)

We were also thinking of ring toss (using messages in the bottles to state the prize)

For cake, I am going to make a castle cake and have it surrounded by pirates??? Any other ideas there??

So, I would LOVE feedback on prizes (dollar store type items), carnival games, and anything else you can think of.

Thank you!!
