Has anyone tried making these in the crockpot? It's really hard to hang around the house with the stove on all day!!!

Haven't tried them out yet, but I've found that a lot of her recipes need adjusting in one way or the other. Most of her cooking times are way wrong in my oven. Give it a try.

I just went out and googled the recipe. My DH makes sauteed mushrooms that sound very similar to these. They are so good. The only difference is he uses fresh garlic and lemon juice and no bullion. The cooking time varies depending on how long it takes to cook the main meal - usually around 1 - 2 hours. They are wonderful! He uses the sliced mushrooms, though, so that might make a difference. I especially love this over grilled salmon.

Wow, I just realized it's been ages since we've had this. I think I know what to request for dinner next Friday night. :)
