This may seem like a stupid question, but now do you order pins from WDW, what infomation do you send them?

hi i have just ordered and received a pin from wdw, the phone number is 001 407 3636200 or email wdw.mail.order@disney .com, this number is the enquiry line we also had another number 001 407 934 7563, the infomation we gave them was name address phone number and the pin that i wanted, my husband described the pin to her and she looked some up on the computer and described some until we found the right one, we payed over the phone with our visa debit card with no problems, it came by dhl in two weeks, if you have any other questions please feel free to ask susie
