Pins!?

Hello,

I'm not sure if this is allowed? If not, then admin can just go ahead and delete the thread or let me know, and I'll delete it right away!

I'm still kinda new to collecting Disney pins. I'll be at the parks on NYE and January 5+6. I've just looked at the new pin releases at Disneyland in December. There are a few of the LE that I would love to buy, BUT I guess that there's a great possibility that they will be sold out when I get there 31/12.....

Is there a site, forum or groups where you can ask people to buy pins for you? Maybe in return of buying some pins for them too?

At DLP Half there was a very sweet lady who offered to buy me two of the LE runDisney pins, and I was really grateful for that, since I arrived to late to get them. We met in the park a few days later to exchange the pin and cash. I don't know if it is common to do that? I guess that there are a lot of locals going very often, and I'm curious if it's possible to have them buy you a pin. For a few $, a trade or maybe just to be nice?

and how come the NYE pin doesn't come out one NYE? Last year I bought the 2015/2016 pin at new years eve?? Now it looks like it doesn't go on sale before 1/1, isn't that strange? Or is it just after midnight?
