Cheappins.com has been selling out of all their stock of Disney pins on eBay over the last couple of months. I received an email from them stating that they are almost out of pins. So if you are interested in getting in on some of their last bids you better hurry. I noticed they have some that will end tomorrow (Wednesday) but I don't see any listed after that (yet). They have been going for ~2.25 a pin in lots of 20.
They no longer sell under the name of Cheap_pins_dot_com but they renamed their store to rystinsales. Or you can search for "disney pins lot" and you can find them also.
