We got a pin for WDW a couple weeks ago. 
It was for October.
The way I believe we got it is signing up for a new email addy and then registering the new email with the WDW website, and then "saving" the dates you want on their website.

I have never gotten a pin and live in San Diego. I wish one would come and surprise me!
