Hiya!

We are getting our vows renewed in October but not at disney but we are planning a photo shoot at the grand floridian afterwards and a meal at chef mickeys only for dh, I and our 3 children. To add our bit of disney :goodvibes

Is it alright for us to go to chef mickeys in our wedding clothes do you think? And when we go to MK should we get a happily ever after badge (pin) we could write on still :lmao: or a celebrate pin?

Thanks Sarah xx

My DH and I had a non-DFTW, and went to the Grand Floridian for breakfast reception and a photoshoot. There are no restrictions on you wearing your wedding attire into the restaurants. The parks, on the other hand, are a no-no.

Thank you so much! I can stop worrying now:flower3:

How did your photoshoot go? Did you get some beautiful pictures?

When the photographer saw us in our wedding attire, she did an extra special job, trying to get romantic pics of us, and was very accomodating. She took some really nice family photos of us too.

My husband, two sons, and I had a wonderful intimate wedding at the gazebo at Shades of Green (sunrise ceremony). Afterwards, we went to the Grand Floridian for our little breakfast reception. I had ordered a champaign basket from Disney Florist, and had the Grand Floridian Bakery make us a special wedding cake. Afterwards, we had a photo session booked with the GF Photopass people. The pics came out exceptionally well, and the lady worked so hard with us to get some romantic shots.

It was a beautiful romantic morning, which was perfect.

Please check out my planning link...I think pg 5 has some of the pics from the photo shoot.

Good luck!!

Thank you both!

Kel your photos are gorgeous! and wow at your cake :D I was planning on getting a disney cake but I do hope it doesnt cost more than the wedding LOL. I just have to decide on a venue now

Thank you Sarah! I think the photopass photographer did an exceptional job, considering they aren't "professionals" per se. Don't let the cake comment discourage you, I was being funny because the Gazebo we reserved for our wedding was only $125, and the cake was around $160.00. :rotfl: Has to go into the worlds record of least expensive Disney World wedding. :bride: Now, you don't want to know how much we spent on our DISNEYMOON!!!! :woohoo:

This was neither of our 1st marriages, so we didn't focus so much on the wedding. Our priority was a long memorable honeymoon.

Good luck on your vow renewal and plans!

Your welcome! That is a good price for your cake as it was gorgeous well worth the money!

good luck for your ever after:-)
