I could swear I saw Pinocchio sitting in the rafters of the "Snuggly Duckling" pub. Was I imagining it or is it an Easter Egg? Did anyone see any other Easter Eggs in Tangled?

BTW, what a cute movie!

Ahhhh! They do!!!! They mention Pinocchio! I can't believe I spotted him! It was only for a split second so I wasn't even sure. So cool!

The directors mention a few Easter Eggs so I'm anxious to hear/see what others have spotted. What is the "gypsy monkey" in the credits they mention?

Cool! I will have to look for him.

I swear that the crazy looking goat in the movie (bar scene I think) looked familiar.

Yes! Doesn't he look like the ones on the Small World ride?

There was a rag doll in the movie that kept showing up, too. Looked something like those in TS3; otherwise, I was thinking it may be a character in an upcoming movie but I think only Pixar does that.

It was a bit in the style of It's A Small World goat.

My other guess was the goat from The Sound of Music puppet show.

Noticed what we thought looked like Pinocchio, but we didn't realize it was an easter egg. Cool!

Can't wait to see this and look for those little surprises. I am waiting another week or so to see it, cause my neice is having her bday party at the movie theater. We'll get there early and the theater will have hotdogs and drinks for us, my sister is bringing cupcakes. And then she'll open her gifts and then we'll see the movie. Can't wait.

Wow

We saw it last night and I was looking for it but there is so much going on in those scenes I missed it and was looking for it. :confused3

Loved this movie. Saw it last night and my dd went again tonight with friends.

Saw it today with my fiance and my father. We all absolutely loved it. I didn't even think to look for Easter Eggs. This makes me want to see it again! I was shocked when my fiance said the song they sing on the lake was very sweet since he does not listen to music with lyrics as a general rule (he is much more about the instruments). From him that is a high endorsement.

That entire scene was breathtakingly beautiful.

I forgot to add: I saw this Sunday with my daughter, godchild and mother. DD16 wants to see it again. Wait until I tell her about Pinnocchio and the goat. We had so much fun when Toy Story 3 came out picking out all the Easter eggs.

Since Tangled was released on DVD today, it's time to revisit this thread.

In the same scene that Pinocchio appears, I did stop frame, and it looks like Pumba from the Lion King is in the center of the room. It's a warthog anyway....

And also the rats.....from Ratatouille?

I think we are getting our copy this morning. My daughter will get stuck on a movie and watch it over and over and over and over.......I make a game out of looking up all the trivia and Easter eggs and finding as many as I can. I think I found everything in Wall-E! So time to look up what to look for in Tangled! When we saw it in the theater I didn't notice anything.

Another source on the 'net said that there were flags at the castle that have symbols that reference several main Disney princesses: apple for Snow White, slipper for Cinderella, shell for Ariel, a spinning wheel for Sleeping Beauty, etc.

Baby Mobile: When we first see baby Rapunzel, she is lying in a baby crib under a moving mobile. Each character in the mobile represents something from the movie: The lizard is her iguana companion Pascal; The horse is the Palace horse Maximus; The duck represents the tavern "The Snuggly Duckling"; The bluebird is seen when she first leaves the tower; And the cupid is the thug "Shorty", who is dressed as cupid through most of the movie!
