I feel ya. Nightshades or onion/garlic? My mom has an extreme garlic/onion sensitivity. She never tried having the pizza without sauce but she was overwhelmed by how Disney bent over backward for her on the cruise. Each night the server spoke with her about the following night's menu and things that would work for her/not work for her or how they could adjust menu items. It was great!
