I was just able to order the pink one at Limited Too online at 25% off and earned 2 bonus cards. Got an order confirmation so I think it should all go through.

Coupon code 526 worked for the 25% off.

Will get an additional 4% back using ebates.com ($4.50).

1. Go to limitedtoo.com, put item in cart. Entered code 526. Total shows $112.42 (coupon amount $37.48). Leave that page open.

2. Go to ebates.com*, search for Limited Too, click link (new window opens, you must use this one to get the 4% rebate), go to cart and item should still be in cart, check out.

* if you don't have an ebates.com account, join and get a bonus $5 when you make your first purchase. Purchases credited before Sept. 30 will be on the check mailed Nov. 15 (as long as you have $5.01 in your account earned from purchases, excluding bonuses - otherwise it carries over to the next quarter). Can use ebates for disneyshopping.com and shoebuy.com

Note: Shipping is high at Limited Too ($14.99 I think), but with the 25% off, it still makes the DS Lite cheaper than retail and you're earning 2 bonus cards, which are each good for $10 off a $20 purchase starting Sept. 24 through Nov. 4. TooBucks start on Monday ($25 off $50 for every $50 spent), but I'm thinking the coupon code will not work after 9-23-07 (found it online - could not find an expiration date). Can't use Bonus Cards or TooBucks on Nintendo. I personally like the $10 cards because I can buy clearance items and only have to get to $20.

So if you didn't have an ebates account and counted those ebates credits in the total, the cost for a pink or white DS Lite, including shipping (but not including tax) would be: $117.91

I don't know if they have any Limited Too packaging - if not the white one could be used for a boy's gift. I can't tell if there's anything special about these, I doubt it. I don't know why Limited Too is allowed to charge $20 more retail for them in the first place.

Thank you! The price turned out to be almost exactly what I would have paid on Amazon.com (free shipping and no sales tax) but I will definitely use the 2 bonus cards for Christmas shopping! All total I ended up saving about $20 over everywhere else I checked including Sam's Club!:cool1:

I should add that when I tried to use the coupon in store they told me I could not use it to purchase the DS.:confused3

I'm so glad you were able to use it too! I actually went to Sam's and they were out of the pink and I was about to drive to another club but came home instead and started digging around.

I was at Limited Too yesterday so I started thinking about how I could work a deal. Hopefully I can pick up some good clearance things for Christmas with those cards - I love to hit the accessories deals for birthday gifts and not going over $20 helps.

My charge went through so they are taking the 25% discount on Nintendo hardware - I might try it on some game now.
