Pinellas County info

My husband and I are looking into investing some money in an investment/rental property in Pinellas County. What are bad areas of that county we should stay away from and where are the nicer parts? There have been a few in Clearwater that we've seen that look decent, but we'd like to buy in a good neighborhood as well. Thanks for any info!

Safety Harbor, Palm Harbor and Dunedin are nice.

Crime map the neighborhoods you're considering buying in and that will tell you a lot. You can find that information on the Pinellas County SO's website. Are you looking for a vacation rental or a residence property to rent to a family?
