Pinapple, Vanilla, Banana, or Kahlua?

Just looking at the Parrot Cay dessert menu. How is one supposed to decide between the Roasted Pinaeapple, the Rich Vanilla Cream, the Banana Flambe, or the Kahlua Trifle? Without doing the obvious (one of each), which is the best selection?

ONE OF EACH!!!!!! We told the waiter to bring out one of each for our family. It's more fun that way.
