Pin Trading - Scoop

Hi all,

I am new to pin trading. I heard there is someone named Scoop that does some sort of pin trading seminar and that he sometimes trades pins. Is this a Disney sponsored thing? Who is Scoop and how can I find him?

Scoop doesnt do his pin seminars anymore but he is more then willing to talk about pins and may play a game or two when you find him on Main street starting around 9ish.

A good day to find him is on mondays or wednesdays.

Whenever you get to the MK, just go to City Hall and they can tell you when he will be out and about. Although I must admit, twice we asked and we were told he would not be there that day. And lo and behold we saw him on Main Street. You can ask some of the othet street characters and they should know.

We just saw Scoop last Wednesday at the Magic Kingdom. We had a great time catching up with him and trading!

I think Scoop is the only Main Street Character that trades pins. There are plenty of Cast Members on Main Street wearing pin lanyards that will trade though.

If you look at the above picture of Scoop, you will see a fireman. See his suspenders? Full of pins! He doesn't trade those as they are special to him. But he usually is wearing a square on his hip with pins on it to trade.
