Pin Trading Etiquette Booklets? and Christmas park maps?

It's been awhile since I have needed one of these, so I don't know if they still have them. Can anyone confirm if they still do? I am looking for the little fold-out brochure/booklet the contains all of the pin trading etiquette.

If they still do, would someone be willing to send me a couple? I will pay for postage. I would like to get me niece and nephew a few pins to trade on their Christmas trip this year, and I know they have never done it before, so I was wanting to put together a little present with pins, lanyards and the info. I know I can print it out online, but I would prefer to have the real thing.

And are the Christmas maps for the parks available yet? If so, I would a couple of those too!

I have never seen a pamphlet with the guidelines for pin trading. Sorry!

The current maps have Jack Skellington and Zero on them. Inside it says, "Coming Soon, Holidays at Disneyland Resort" so I would guess the holiday map is not the current one.

I have never seen the pin trading guide you are speaking about. Sorry.

Thank you! I will keep that in mind. They are leaving for their trip on the early on the 24th and staying through the 29th, and I need to mail their present to them before they leave. (Probably by the 18th or 19th).

The trip is a total surprise for them for Christmas, but man am I scared for what kind of crowds they are going to hit! I do not know if I would be that brave to go then. But I figured that even if the crowds were packed they could still enjoy a little pin trading in the ride lines were too long to wait in.
