Disney sells them online ...and you can also get one on Ebay.

Seems odd, but I don't see any pin bags offered at this time on disneyshopping.com.

However, another option would be to call WDW merchandise and order one directly from the parks: Walt Disney World Mail Order (407) 363-6200.
