Pin received today

I received the pin today as it seems like a lot of people did. It comes to my old email address and I never
get ones to the one I have used for ADRs before. Weird eh?

I hope I get one next year when we are actually going. Do they tend to still send them if you book far in advance or only if you havent booked yet?

trying to convince dh to use it for a short stay this year!!

Pins are set out at random, no real rhyme or reason
Could you post the details of your Pin please, so we can compare, sometimes there are different discounts and different dates
Hope you do get another one at some point that you can use

Time to call Disney and see if there is a pin attached to my name.My Dh said they say there is that crazy lady calling again for a pin code.

DH got the PIN yesterday too.

The weird thing is I always make our reservations and use my email and info since I'm the one making the calls. They had his email from our trip back in 2001. They even still had it associated with our old address and phone number from then. We're just excited to get the pin. I needed to add one day to the beginning of our DVC stay due to flight times and really didn't want to pay rack rate.

I got a pin yesterday for 35% off deluxe and 25% off mod/value and it was for dates of 09/18 - 11/18 and 11/26 - 12/22.

Too bad we can't take advantage of this.

Are u just calling Disney reservations and asking if you have a PIN? How does that work? we went in June and stayed at the contemporary and have not recieved a pin or a buyback offer.

Other great rates and dates are also available in August and September.

Yes I call Disney . I just ask if they have a pin code attached to my name or my husbands . I have gotten a pin code this way .

I read all these things about getting pins and so I check my email and sure enough, an email from Disney Destinations. But, unfortunately, it's just asking if I want a new planning DVD. Boo!

We are looking for 2012 discounts anyway, so it doesn't really matter. But it's just exciting to get them!

I just got off the phone and no PIN yet for us either! Our dates fall perfectly within the 35/25 offer some of you are getting. I've done the web vacation planning site, ordered maps.....nothing yet but I'll keep trying. One year I took our pin off of the TV advertisements that ran on ABC during the Christmas parade, so there really is no rhyme or reason to the process, which is fabulous when you get the discount; not so fabulous when you don't.

I got the pin and wanted to change one day at ASM to AKL but there was nothing available. But the CM was nice enough to tell me that I could have it at rack rate.
