PIN rate question

Is it possible to book a package using a postcard PIN code discount, or are they only good for room only bookings?

Different postcards have different offers.

The most common ones will allow either. You pay normal rates for tickets and the package portion.. but discounts apply to the room portion of your bill.

Canadian Guy....do you think if I call there may be PIN codes or discounts for canadians that I don't see otherwise. We were just at CBR in January and last May at POP and I want to book for November or January and am hoping for a code for room only.??????
