I got a PIN today for now thru 12/16 with what appear to be the usual blackout dates from reading through this board.
The great news is that my dates fall within the general public discount (9/26-10/1), and I'm already booked at Boardwalk and happy with my choice. My first choices were actually either Poly or CR because my son will be almost 3 when we go and I thought the monorail would be fun for him, plus my hubby likes the idea of the Poly. There is no availability for the CR on the general public discount and only the higher-priced rooms are available for Poly. What do you think my chances are of finding availability for one of the "normal" rooms at the CR or Poly-- meaning no special view, concierge floor, etc. I'm asking because the PIN is phone only so I'll have to call and I just don't really feel like dealing with a salesperson right now. I like to book on computers.
I'm pretty sure the cheaper rooms at CR and Poly go fast, so if my chances are slim to none, I won't even bother to call.
