Pin Question

I just received a postcard in the mail with pincodes that I may be able to use in Nov. The only issue is that the postcard came in my brother in laws name (but to my address). Does anyone know if I will be able to use this card?

My question about pin codes is - Why in the world does Disney send these pin codes out a month in advance?

Who can take a vacation with 1 month's notice?

If you can, I'd like to have your job!

EllenJ - I'm pretty sure the pincode is only for your brother in law. You can call and check and maybe you get a CM that will honor the code. Good Luck!

Ellen, I think you'll be able to use it. A card came to my home last week to MY address but with someone's name I've never heard of. The first time I called to ask if I could use the PIN, the CM checked with their supervisor and I was told no. I called back the next morning, and that CM checked with her supervisor and I was told YES!

So, the rule here is try, try again until you get the answer you like!

TapCat--That was great that you were able to use the discount after all.

This is a little off topic but I work at the Post Office and Disney just sent out a whole bunch of those postcards but we had to throw most of them out because they were using old addy's, names were wrong, etc. I was hoping one was for me...LOL

And I think another piece of good news is that the CM said she would "fix the database." So, maybe next time MY name will be on the card with MY address!
