1st question--- The pins that say 3/4 They are The special Tomoorowland pins

2nd question-- By beationg the whole pirtae game (winning 10 times on level 3)

3rd question-- Well you don't have to buy any I bought a lot to make my guest room look pretty

This really depends on what you value in the game. If a piece of furniture is retired from the shops, it can become valuable for trading, too.

Some pins are more valuable for trades than others.
