Pin Question

It has been a while since I have been able to use a pin and I think the rules may have changed in that time. I received a pin that is good for the following days at 40% off value resorts:
For stays most nights:
2/27–3/5, 5/8–5/27, 5/31–6/4, 8/21–10/8, 10/23–10/29, 11/13–11/19, 11/27–12/3 and 12/11–12/24/11

I am looking to go between a few days after Thanksgiving and up to the middle of December. We would like to stay for 9 or 10 nights. Now I know that it used to be as long as your first night of the stay was in the valid dates of the code they would still discount the entire length of your stay. Is this still the case?

Also any reason you know of that they would skip the week of the 4th through the 10th of December? Am I missing something that is going on? First time we are trying to go during the holidays we enjoyed Halloween so much there that we figured Christmas would have to be even more awesome .

not sure if they still apply the code for the entire stay, DH says he thinks (not 100% sure)that they have changed it and it only applies to the actual nights that are not during the black out dates.

As for the week of December 4th-10th, that is usually when the Pop Warner cheerleaders invade Disney and the values are usually almost completely booked by these groups.

Also can someone please direct me to the calendar that shows which date is the peak, value, off season rates? I thought I found it on Allears before but now I can't find it anywhere and I swear I am about to go crazy looking.
